If you live in the Irvine Business Complex (IBC), consider the i shuttle your personal chauffeur, whisking you to work, to lunch, errands, and home again. No more fighting traffic, no more looking for parking! The sprightly new shuttles are easy, convenient and comfortable—plus you save on gas!

Operated by the City of Irvine and designed just for the IBC community, it’s your connection to amenities within the IBC, to Metrolink and everything in between.

Midday Service Starts  March 31

During the day, you’ll never have to wait more than 10 minutes to hop on the i shuttle for your short, air-conditioned ride to shopping, dining and entertainment.

  • Route C, the IBC loop, along Main Street, Harvard Avenue, Michelson Drive, Dupont Drive, and Von Karman Avenue.
  • Every 10 minutes 
  • 10:30am–2:30pm, weekdays (off-peak)

Commuter Service Starts June 9

During peak commute hours, the i shuttle will be there to meet your Metrolink train — and take you back in time to step right onto your return train. If you commute on OCTA, you’ll fi nd connecting stops along your route.

  • Route A, along Von Karman Avenue, connecting to Tustin Station and John Wayne Airport 
  • Route B, connecting from Tustin Station to major employment and residential developments on Jamboree Road and Michelson Drive
  • Approximately every 10-15 minutes, meeting all morning and evening trains from 5:30am–9:30am and 3:30pm–7:30pm, weekdays (peak)
  • Every half-hour 9:30am–3:30pm weekdays (off-peak) and all weekend

Costs

Until September 1st: FREE for everyone!

After September 1st:

  • Metrolink Riders: FREE on Routes A and B
  • Commute time rides: $1
  • Off-peak and weekend rides: 50¢
