The iShuttle has developed a How to Ride video, which visually takes you through the process of purchasing a ticket, getting a seat on the shuttle and how to tell the driver you need to get off at your stop.
Q: What are the iShuttle hours of operation?
The iShuttle operates Monday through Friday, meeting all morning and evening Metrolink trains. Please visit the Route Info page to view the detailed schedules.
Q: What does it cost to ride the iShuttle?
- $1.00: Boarding during peak period (5:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
- $.50: Boarding during off-peak period (9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
- FREE: Riders presenting valid Metrolink pass/ticket to and from Tustin Metrolink Station*
- FREE: Riders presenting valid OCTA pre-paid day pass or multi-day pass*
- $5.00: Pre-paid 10-ride card (purchase from iShuttle driver)

Tustin Metrolink Station on Edinger & Jamobree. This station is the closest to the Irvine Business Complex (IBC) along Jamboree and Von Karman to the John Wayne Airport.

The iShuttle provides service through the Irvine Business Complex (IBC) in Irvine. It starts/ends at the Tustin Metrolink Station and runs along two routes (Von Karman Ave. and Jamboree Rd. towards the John Wayne Airport).

Visit the iShuttle Employers Page for information on our Team Captain program. Employers who agree to distribute information to their employees will receive a Starbucks Card for their efforts and employees will be eligible to receive free trial passes for Metrolink and the iShuttle. We provide email blasts, hard copy information, and can bring iShuttle staff to your work-place to host an information booth.
